We the Hotels administration would like to inform all our guests that since the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to exist, we have made the necessary changes to our protocols to ensure and provide safety, security, best health and flexibility for our guests.

The administration and the staff have been briefed on the additional measures and new protocols from local and national health authorities thus have a plan in place should there be any evidence of this viral infection.

Cleanliness and Safety:

• All employees are required to engage in frequent hand washing and cleansing of doorknobs.
• Check out time is at 9:00am and check in at 3:00pm to have additional time for the thorough cleansing with steam for sterilization of the rooms.
• Disinfection of all key cards after each stay.
• Cash-free methods of payments are available and encouraged.

Housekeeping:

• Housekeeping will be less frequent during your stay.
• Towels and sheets will be changed upon your request only.
• Clean and Stay Room Seal: we add an extra measure of assurance by placing a room seal on doors to indicate to our valuable guests that their room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned
• Deep Clean Areas: Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched objects by guests in the room area – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, air conditioning remotes and more.
• The cleansing of public areas has been made more frequent.
• Hand sanitizers have been installed around the hotel premises for your disposal
